It’s a great idea to relax and get some sleep before the flight at the roomy comfortable seating area featuring warm big armchairs with lamps on the small night tables near them. The newly opened O’Hare airport lounge C10 replaced the old one, C16. The new lounge is twice as big as the previous one. It is more comfortable and modern.
The C10 lounge was opened after renovation on the 13th of January, 2023 in the Chicago O’Hare Airport. It boasts 17, 000 sq. ft space, and 400 passengers at a time can enjoy its warmth and hospitality.
The lounge space is divided into several zones, where passengers can have some rest, work or eat. All the areas are realized in an industrial style. Some passengers write in their reviews, that such a design looks too formal and there’s no warmth in it. Nevertheless, that’s the style of the entire United Club network of lounges. The functionality is the main hallmark of the United Club ORD C10 lounge design.
The seating zone is roomy and comfortable. Here you can find long rectangular light tables and comfortable armchairs to have some rest and to work on your laptop. Many passengers like floor-to-ceiling windows, which let a lot of light into the seating zone.
If you need to nourish your body, go to the bar zone. Here you can get various snacks, like sausages and salads, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, like liquor, beer, coffee, juice, etc.
The restrooms are clean and cozy. Unfortunately, there are no showers in the restrooms.

The lounge passed through renovation in 2012. The lounge design is industrial and functional. Zone division (seating area, dining area, restrooms without showers) is the same as other United Club lounges have. The lounges area is quite extensive. It is 13, 300 square feet.
The first thing you see in the lounge is the desk with the agents. They can solve any problem you may have with your flight (rebooking, cancellation etc). Then, there are phone rooms to make a private call, where you can stay up to 30 minutes at a time.
The private seating area consists of a cozy armchair, small table for your devices, books etc and a lamp. The seat is comfortable enough for both, work and napping.
There are two buffet areas with tasty snacks (pastry and ramen options, sandwiches, vegetables etc) and drinks to nourish and caffeinate you while waiting. There’s also a bar section.
